BigGastro aims to offer you the best delivery options, no matter where you live.
Standard shipping is free of charge as long as you reach the minimum order value of 80,00 €.

How long does the delivery take?

Your order will be checked and approved within a few hours.
Once the order has been released in our system, it takes a total of 1-3 business days until your parcel reaches you. Deliveries outside Germany take a little longer.

Where is my parcel?

After the parcel has been packed, it will be handed over to our shipping service provider and you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

Our shipping conditions

The goods are delivered worldwide. Shipping costs (plus VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (net value of goods):

  • Value of goods up to 79,99 € = 8,90 €
  • From an order value of 80,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Otherwise, when purchasing goods with the article number beginning with “WSG”, as well as thermal boxes and tear-off devices, shipping costs of 20,00 € apply for orders under 79,00 €.
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) we charge as follows:
Bulky goods or bulk orders are sent by Sepdition - 69,90 €
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the order value (gross value of goods):
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows:

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

The following conditions apply to the shipment of our products: The customer has the option of adding an advice note to the order to specify a preferred delivery date. However, if no advice note is specified for the order, we reserve the right to ensure delivery during general business hours from 8 am to 4 pm. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address at these times to enable the shipment to be accepted.
If the delivery is not successful due to the absence of the customer or other reasons and a new delivery is required, we reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee.

The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
